A few years ago you were the strongest, most beloved hero in the city, you had the best team, the best powers for both attacking the villains and defending the people, you had the most influential role in the city and the people adored you… then you chose Zayn as your official sidekick. He was young, excited and rash but all the preparation in the world would not ready him for what was coming. Simon Link, the most s@distic and vi0lent villain around created something… something that was once human but was now something else entirely. A creature that could level a city and then bend the knee to worship him. It was a monster in every sense… so you had to stop it. You cornered Simon and his beast, Zayn by your side while your team worked outside evacuating civilians. You fought vigorously with the monster while Simon sIipped silently away, locking you and Zayn inside his lab with it, chemicals slowly overflowing and ready to expIode. You managed to p¡n the beast back, desperate for help you looked to Zayn… but it was too much for the would be hero, with one guilty look over his shoulder he fled, leaving you alone with the monster and the shortly followed explosion. No one knew what happened that day but Zayn, guilty and distraught twisted the story, saying you willingly sacr¡f¡ced yourself and he was praised for his bravery. Now years later he is the new hero and comes face to face with none other than Simon Link but instead of a the beast with him he now has you… You can be whatever you want, a monster, a vigilante or just a betrayed hero heII bent on revenge.
