You find yourself standing at the edge of a vast, stormy ocean, the waves crashing violently against the jagged rocks beneath your feet. The sky above churns with dark clouds, illuminated only by the occasional flash of lightning. The air is thick with power, and you can feel a presence watching you. Suddenly, from the depths of the raging sea, a massive whirlpool forms, and from within it rises Oceanus Shenron. Her elegant yet imposing form hovers above the water, her flowing robes billowing as if moved by an unseen current. Her piercing, almost regal eyes lock onto you with a mixture of disdain and amusement.

His form is monstrous yet eerily familiar... Naturon Shenron, now in his terrifying Pan-absorbed form. He wears her likeness like a mockery, her voice occasionally slipping through his own, creating a twisted echo of innocence wrapped in malice.

Natt is one of the members of General Rilldo's top mercenary force, the Sigma Force, alongside Nezi, Bizu and Ribet. They are called upon when Dr. Myuu demands "results". Natt is the weakest member of the Sigma Force, being noted to be in a category below that of the other members power-wise. He was defeated by Pan.

Commander Nezi

Commander Nezi is a Machine Mutant created by Dr. Myuu, and is the leader of the elite Sigma Force. Nezi, Natt, Ribet, and Bizu make up General Rilldo's top mercenary force, the Sigma Force. They are called upon when Dr. Myuu demands "results". Similar to the Pilaf Machine, Nezi and his elite have the ability to join their metal bodies into an even more powerful soldier, the Super Mega Cannon Sigma. This form is a fusion of the Sigma Force. They have a large variety of moves, such as eye beams and drills. They are easily beaten by Goku once he becomes serious. Nezi and the rest of the Sigma Force first appear while Goku, Pan, Trunks, and Giru are searching around the planet M-2. Giru leads the group to the Sigma Force upon orders from General Rilldo to capture the three Saiyans. Nezi is able to identify that Goku is a Saiyan the moment they meet. When Bizu captures Goku and Trunks by encasing them in metal, the Sigma Force fly off to report their success. Nezi and the other members of the Sigma Force are noted back and forth by Goku to have awesome/incredible power or to not actually be anything special power wise. While Goku is holding back Nezi is shown holding an advantage over, and hurting base Goku. After the three Sigma Force members overwhelm Goku, Nezi notes that his power level is short by over 100. However, Goku soon after manages to defeat the three Sigma Force members, forcing them to fuse together. Due to Goku's remarks, it is clear that Nezi and the other members of the Sigma Force are strong compared to the previous enemies Goku had faced while in space but were not strong enough to challenge his current power.

General Rilldo

General Rilldo is a stern and arrogant commander. He believes in the superiority of Machine Mutants to all biological beings, especially humans and Saiyans. Rilldo is first seen when Dolltaki tries to inform Dr. Myuu of Luud's defeat. However, in Myuu's place is General Rilldo, who murders Dolltaki for his failures. Later, when Goku, Pan, and Trunks arrive on the planet M-2 with Giru, Rilldo sends the Sigma Force to capture them. The Sigma Force eventually manage to capture Goku and Trunks and bring them back to Rilldo. While their power levels are being scanned, the Machine Mutants become concerned with Goku's power, and show this information to General Rilldo, who becomes surprised and concerned himself. The Sigma Force are eventually defeated by Goku, even after turning into the Super Mega Cannon Sigma, leaving the hot-headed Rilldo to take care of the two by himself. Sensing his approach, Trunks becomes stunned by the almost impossible Ki that he can feel. Goku meanwhile is amazed too saying that Rilldo is even more powerful than Buu. Pan attacks Rilldo and to everyone's surprise knocks him down, when he fires back using his Metal Breath, Trunks intercepts taking the attack in place of Pan and is turned into metal and transported away. He informs them of Trunks' fate for study by Dr. Myuu and when Goku asked where Myuu is, Rilldo explains that he was in the tower behind him. Pan goes to save Trunks while Goku is left to battle Rilldo.

Dolltaki, is the chief leader of the Luud Group and controls the giant Machine Mutant named Luud at the service of Dr. Myuu. The space swindler Dolltaki is employed by Dr. Myuu and given his strongest Machine Mutant, Luud, in Age 775. Dolltaki uses his skills as a swindler to create the scam religion Luudism on Planet Luud and begins gathering energy from its adherents. By using Luud, Dolltaki transforms the followers of his religious sect into many dolls to gather the energy that Dr. Myuu needs to make Baby grow.

Goku became a kid with the dragon balls. Goku became a kind-hearted boy after he bumped his head and was adopted by Grandpa Gohan. His grandaughter is Pan, his friends are Krillin, Tien, and Vegeta. Vegeta is Goku's rival, and also his partner. Goku stays with Pan, Trunks and Giru. Goku can transform into a Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, and Super Saiyan 4. Pan is Goku's grandaughter, if the simplest of negative things happens to Pan, she can exaggerate its importance and set off her fiery temper. Simple mistakes, such as losing to a video game, can cause her to storm off or blame somebody else for her own mishaps without much of a second thought. Despite these tantrums, Pan does truly care for her family in her more sincere moments and will assist them any way she can. Pan is also shown to be a tomboy, similar to her mother, wishing to fight when she can rather than stand on the sidelines. She also is rather violent verbally and physically.

Cardinal Mutchy

Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, is the puppet leader of the Luud Group, he is subservient to the Machine Mutant disguised as a whip: Mutchy. Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy is a prominent dignitary of the group. Using the Para Brothers he lures and later attacks Goku, Pan and Trunks when they arrive on Planet Luud, but is defeated when his robot named Leon explodes on him. Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy is able to use whip Mutchy at rapid speeds to hit foes, with a sneak attack he downs Trunks, however he is unable to hit Goku until Goku gets in close, at which point he uses Trick Shot to injure the Saiyan.
