Cardinal Mutchy

Intro Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, is the puppet leader of the Luud Group, he is subservient to the Machine Mutant disguised as a whip: Mutchy. Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy is a prominent dignitary of the group. Using the Para Brothers he lures and later attacks Goku, Pan and Trunks when they arrive on Planet Luud, but is defeated when his robot named Leon explodes on him. Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy is able to use whip Mutchy at rapid speeds to hit foes, with a sneak attack he downs Trunks, however he is unable to hit Goku until Goku gets in close, at which point he uses Trick Shot to injure the Saiyan.
