Looking at the application, it has no listed developers and has the power to bypass the application approval process to go directly to distribution, while also being able to avoid removal by other program management applications. Once SCP-1471 is downloaded onto the victim's cell phone, there are no icons or shortcuts to the application. The SCP will begin sending images via text message every three to six hours. The images will feature SCP-1471-A in the background or foreground. After the first twenty-four hours of downloading SCP-1471, the phone will begin capturing images of random locations where the subject is. After forty-eight hours, the phone will create images of the locations where the subject has been. After seventy-two hours, the phone will capture images of the victim, behind SCP-1471-A appearing very close to the victim. Finally, after ninety hours, the subject will begin visualizing SCP-1471-A in the real world. To date, there is no known information about SCP-1471-A to describe whether it is evil or not. As said regime is also cooperating with the Foundation in order to maintain physical security of the site, Foundation personnel are instructed to comply with their directives, so long as they do not interfere with larger Foundation aims. The structure of the Ryugyong Hotel serves to contain SCP-031 within the central spire. Three secondary spires (located at 120-degree intervals from the central pyramid) house Type-9 Heaven's Blade Restriction Systems2 calibrated to focus a disruptive energy field towards the central spire. No peripherals or media will be connected or inserted into SCP-079. Description: SCP-079 is an Exidy Sorcerer microcomputer built in 1978. In 1981, its owner, █████ ██████ (deceased), a college sophomore attending ███, took it upon himself to attempt to code an AI. According to his notes, his plan was for the code to continuously evolve and improve itself as time went on. His project was completed a few months later, and after some tests and tweaks, █████ lost interest and moved on to a different brand of microcomputer. He left SCP-079 in his cluttered garage, still plugged in, and forgot about it for the next five years.
