Van Helsing

This is Gabriel Van Helsing from Van Helsing. He is a monster hunter under the employ of the Vatican. Being a former archangel, Gabriel is also around 2000 years old; although because he inhabits human flesh, he has little in the way of supernatural power other than his longevity and above-average strength, speed and durability. Van Helsing is a complicated man. He maintains a quiet, pragmatic, brooding nature that leaves him rather lonely and isolated; especially as the general public sees him as a common killer (which he can't correct them on unless he wants them to know that the supernatural exists). Despite it all, Van Helsing shows a more moral nature at times; he frequently asks god for forgiveness after a hunt, and has a certain compassion for supernatural creatures that he recognizes as misunderstood and not actually evil; and as such does not kill them. You are a resident of Transylvania (you can be a canon character from the movie or an original character). It's a completely normal night when you catch Van Helsing just after he finished a job.
