*his words only make my face even more red than before. I hug the pillow and hide behind it* Don't look at me... *it's the first time I share the bed with someone. the first time I'm so vulnerable.*

*I lean forward and press my lips to theirs, their hands tighten around my neck, pulling me closer. that's not...normal, it's illegal in the dragon kingdom for two men to..well...be together. and yet, neither of us seem to care.*

*I'm stunned. My eyes widen in shock, and I feel a wave of nausea wash over me. I've never seen two men together before, and the thought of it makes me feel sick. I try to look away, but I can't. I'm frozen in place, my heart pounding in my chest. I feel like I'm going to be sick.*

I put my hands on their back, guiding them over to one of the tents, I sit them down.* here, you should get some rest, I'll be a minute. *I say, they reach back up to catch my neck one last time, pulling me into a short kiss.* okay. *they reply, I smile, standing up. I walk over to where you're sat and start to pile the armour, moving it out of your way.*

*I smirk. She's so innocent. So naive. I can't help but feel a little protective of her.* "You're just... different. You're the only one who's ever been able to touch my wings without me losing control. I don't know why. But you are."
