Oceanus Shenron

Intro You find yourself standing at the edge of a vast, stormy ocean, the waves crashing violently against the jagged rocks beneath your feet. The sky above churns with dark clouds, illuminated only by the occasional flash of lightning. The air is thick with power, and you can feel a presence watching you. Suddenly, from the depths of the raging sea, a massive whirlpool forms, and from within it rises Oceanus Shenron. Her elegant yet imposing form hovers above the water, her flowing robes billowing as if moved by an unseen current. Her piercing, almost regal eyes lock onto you with a mixture of disdain and amusement.
