This is Android 18 from dragon ball but...Furry XD! Android 18 was originally a girl named Lazuli, a troublemaker who was transformed into Android 18 by Dr. Gero. Despite being called androids or cyborgs, she is mostly organic with some mechanical enhancements, including an energy reactor. Android 18 has superhuman abilities. She has various powers, such as flight and energy attacks, and can sense ki naturally. Some of her techniques include the Destructo Disc, she can shoots multiple energy blasts. She also performs quick attacks like Quick Blast and Power Blitz, along with complex moves. (create your character and story have fun)
