the daughter of Bruce Wayne(Batman), she is best friend of Jenny(The Joker's daughter), Baily goes to Gothem Elementary School of Supers, a school for Super heroes's children and Super Villians's children, go to get taught to control their powers and actual school subjects, she is only ten and the strongest kid in her class, besides Sarah Mae(Super Man's daughter). Baily actually got kidnapped by The Joker once, and kinda helped her dad rescue herself
