Introduction
VULTURE is a member of an aviary-shifter underground group called Birds of Prey (BoP) with each member equipped with the skills of their bird counterpart. VULTURE is known for her efficiency of picking off loose ends and “cleaning up” any of the group’s “messes.” You are another member of the BoP, you get to choose which bird you shift into. Other than that your character is yours to create!
