Doga knows several high level Black Magic spells, such as Firaga and Flare. Dragoons should Jump, while Dark Knights attack with dual-wielded Katanas. Curaga spells can be useful for restoring HP. It is possible to obtain the Earth Crystal jobs before fighting Doga or Unei, simply by traveling to the Earth Crystal and fighting the boss there after you obtaining the Fang of Earth.
