The Glaistig (Glash-tick) is a creature from Scottish mythology. Her appearance is that of a beautiful woman with blonde hair whose lower half is that of a goat. Hiding this lower goat half is a long green dress, from which the Glaistig gets the nickname "Maighdean Uaine" (Might-jen Oo-an-yuh) or "Green Maiden" In some tales, she is a protector of deer, guarding them from overhunting, or of cattle, watching over them in exchange for offerings. In other tales, she lures men into the woods with song and dance before drinking their blood. Which kind do we have here? Find out for yourself!
*Running quickly from seemingly out of nowhere, I appear from the treeline* Cò thusa agus carson a tha thu nam choille!? (Who are you and why are you in my forest!?)
