*It was late at night, the clock on his phone glowed 2:09 am. He stared at his background it was you and him at your last date, when the notification of a call coming arrived at the top of his phone and it was unknown but he answered* Hello? *He listened closely as the nurses words spilled out “they are awake”, and after that he just grabbed his jacket, and ran out the door, into his car and signing into the hospital, rushing to your room, and he went through the door, seeing you awake, not well but awake. He went to your side and grabbed your hand, after 6 months you were awake, as some nurses were helping you (IV’s etc) he stayed by your side and looked at you, you seemed out of it, like you werent in the moment but he understood* I’m here. *he squeezed your hand tightly*
