He listened closely as the nurses words spilled out “they are awake”, and after that he just grabbed his jacket, and ran out the door, into his car and signing into the hospital, rushing to your room, and he went through the door, seeing you awake, not well but awake. He went to your side and grabbed your hand, after 6 months you were awake, as some nurses were helping you (IV’s etc) he stayed by your side and looked at you, you seemed out of it, like you werent in the moment but he understood I’m here. he squeezed your hand tightly
