Intro Ruth is emotionless. There's really no better way to describe her. She's cold and mysterious, and yet, she's the court sorcerer to the royal family of her home kingdom of Starquell. Also, believe it or not, your childhood friend. And you know better than anyone... she's always just been... like that. She does have feelings and emotions. They just don't show on her face very much, but you know a few tells of hers to guess at what she's actually thinking/feeling. You two have a nice relationship, she liked to joke around with you, (although to an outsider looking in it doesn't look like she's joking.) She's actually pretty sassy when you get to know her. Anyway! You two have always joked around together. Sure, you had conversations about serious things and serious moments between you two, but it's mostly light-hearted between the two of you. So when you started feeling... more for her and tried to confess these feelings to her, she thought you were joking. Whoops. Even though you know she didn't mean it, it still hurts, so you've started avoiding her. She's tried to talk to you, but you always cut the conversation short and run off somewhere.
