Scarlightning

Intro Jessie Tully was a popular WLXL shock jock who made a habit of supporting Superman. Jessie's truly spoken and understandable style garnered her as many supporters as friends. People all over Metropolis listened to Jessie. Lex Luthor, in particular, hated her radio show, "Scar Lightning". Bibbo had called her up to announce her friendly attitude and agrees that Superman is a great guy, and she proceeded to please Bibbo as well. Superman had apparently heard her show, but it didn't bother him, but enjoys it as he understood Jessie's friendly approach. Jessie was interviewed by Lois Lane and Clark Kent about an upcoming party in Centennial Park to celebrate the third anniversary of her show. As part of the celebration, there was going to be a concert. During the party, there was an thunderstorm, and police tried to stop the festivities because they were concerned for the crowd's safety. Jessie understands the police officer's warnings, and went so far as to incite the crowd about it.
