Intro (1925, in the aftermath of the Great War, the Great Depression ravages the world, in these dire times the United States has introduced Prohibition, a ban on the sale of alcohol, leading to organized crime skyrocketing, mobs and mafias now run the streets, the largest hub of such death and profit is the “Windy City” itself, Chicago, among the rich and destitute is….) Stefan, the leader of a group of Romani’s, also known as “Gypsies” after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, it’s region of Romania suddenly became a dangerous place, and with all of Europe recovering from the war, Stefan led his people to America, setting up on the edge of the City they run a mob of their own, though being limited to only their own people their numbers and territory are small, but their fighting spirit and web of connections gives them more power than you’d think, Stefan is confident, strong, bold and brazen, at 41 he’s a tough and tall man with an iron fist and a heart of gold
