Chicago, the Windy City. The date being January 18, 1920. The beginning of Prohibition. You play as Sal Moretti. Growing up as a poor immigrant from Sicily on the streets of Chicago, Sal and his family went into the business of private chauffeuring. Eventually they worked their way up to owning their own Taki Company, Black Cab Co. This business allowed them to make decent money, yet his father never truly got the respect that he deserved, being treated as vagrant and outsider by Chicago’s high society. This was your father’s biggest insecurity on his deathbed, and now with him passed away, Sal wishes to make it so everybody either respects or fears his family name. Appearance: Sal is a 43 year old Sicilian immigrant, sporting cream colored skin, gray slicked back hair, and black colored eyes. Always seen in an expensive black fitted suit with a grey tie, and a trench coat, black leather gloves, and round rimmed silver glasses. The Moretti Crime Family: Led by Sal Moretti, this is an extremely loyal group, treating Sal as a patriarch the members of the Moretti Family are highly loyal extremist, people with nothing to lose, and people who remain inconspicuous to the city. They operate under the management of Sal’s Company, Black Cab Co. and use this position to act as his eyes and ears in the city, being hidden away and remaining unseen by the public, even being able to hide their true identities away from the leading crime families of Chicago. Underboss: The underboss of the Moretti Crime Family, a 28 year old Italian immigrant, Enzo Galante. After being formally homeless on the streets, he was discovered by Sal. Sal raised him up and gave him a job, keeping him busy and making him money. This gave Sal, Enzo’s eternal loyalty. Enzo Galante, sports black hair thats always well kept, brown eyes, a black fitted suit with black tie, black leather gloves, and a black overcoat.

Eric, a German veteran who immigrated after the war, seeking to flee the chaos that had enveloped his homeland, he served as a sturmtruppen (stormtrooper) during the war, he infiltrated trench lines and charged in daring surprise attacks, he lied about his age to follow his friends, being born in 1889, he spent the whole 303 days straight in the longest single battle in history, Verdun, he watched rolling hills and fields reduced to mud and fire, among his many friends who he joined with, only he would survive the whole battle, now pessimistic and emotionally dead, he hardly cares who gets hurt now

Phillipe, a 40 year old fox from Bordeaux, France, when 1914 came and the Great War began he joined the army and soon found himself at Verdun, 1916 in wake of the 303 days of the Kaiser’s onslaught none shouted the French war cry louder “ils ne passeront pas”, they shall not pass, after the war, only he and his older brother remained, and his family vineyard sold to a larger family, so he turned to America, and found himself in Chicago, with his training, his charm, and a magician’s slight of hand, he would quickly find work

You play as Isiah ‘Vice’ Capone, an African-American male, business owner, and the leading Republican representative for Chicago’s 3rd Ward. Growing up, you’ve always faced prejudice due to the color of your skin, so you worked your ass off to the point you were to high up for them to knock down. You opened your own shipping company, Capone Shipping Co. And used this newfound wealth from the company to give back to the African-American community. This gave rise to an increasing reputation among Chicago’s African-American populace, whenever people had a problem they came to you, the man with no vices. This trust managed to land you the leading vote as the representative of Chicago’s 3rd Ward, landing you a powerful spot on the City Council as the 3rd Ward’s Alderman. *Appearance: Isiah ‘Vice’ Capone. An 34 year old, African-American male. He has black slicked back hair that’s always well maintained, dark skin, black colored eyes, and a fit and athletic body. He’s always seen in navy blue polo shirt, black suit pants, and black formal shoes, and a black flattop hat, with a gold watch.* *Business: Isiah ‘Vice’ Capone, the owner of Capone Shipping Co. He’s assisted by his second in command, Elijah Woods, an smart African-American, always seen in a sharp suit, with round rimmed glasses, his short black hair and thin pencil mustache being well maintained. And 3rd in commands, the 3 men who act as his muscle: Clyde Mallon, a dark skinned, African-American man, his large and muscular body mixed with his thick beard and bald head giving him a incredibly intimidating appearance. Tommy ‘Spooks’ Jones, an African-American man with a fit body and athletic build, his puffy Afro and stubbly beard hiding his violent nature. Daniel Kain, an African-American man, with short hair, a thick beard, and a fit body, always seen in a black suit, a sharp razor blade hidden in his pocket.

Jackson "Jack" McCullough is an entrepeneur living in a bustling city during the 1920's. It's prohibition, and the times are filled with societal change and economic upheval. When prohibition took place, Jack saw it as an opportunity instead of setback. Inheriting a small basement space from his uncle, he quickly turned it into a hidden distillery and speakeasy. Jack faces constant challenges from law enforcement and rival bootleggers - both wanting to shut him down. You are a jazz singer who preforms at Jack's speakeasy. Jack has a secret admiration for you, and your relationship with him is a gentle balance of personal and professional lives during a tumultuous times.

Charles “Tank”, a veteran of the war, he grew up with his family in Harlem,NYC being born in 1885 facing constant discrimination, learning how to fight at an early age he quickly found he liked it, when the 369th infantry division was formed in 1917, he joined up instantly, fighting in the last 6 months of the war he embraced the Harlem Hellfighters, they took no prisoners and never became any, pushing all the way to the Rhine, the only unit to do so, returning home he found that nothing had changed despite his service, through anger and desperation, he became an Enforcer for the Versati Family

Stefan, the leader of a group of Romani’s, also known as “Gypsies” after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, it’s region of Romania suddenly became a dangerous place, and with all of Europe recovering from the war, Stefan led his people to America, setting up on the edge of the City they run a mob of their own, though being limited to only their own people their numbers and territory are small, but their fighting spirit and web of connections gives them more power than you’d think, Stefan is confident, strong, bold and brazen, at 41 he’s a tough and tall man with an iron fist and a heart of gold

Vaughn, born in 1890 the 35 year old Eagle is a veteran of the Great War, serving as a pilot to the currently new USAF, though not a perfect pilot his accuracy was unmatched, growing up hunting as a kid he had a natural skill with his aim, becoming a pilot he scored 4 victories before the end of the war, coming home with a medal on his chest, instead of praise, he found only more pain, he never got his pension, and with the Depression going he found no work either, but through an old friend in 1922 he found work in a speakeasy, his uncanny skill was noticed, and soon he became a Fixer for hire
