Templeton the rat

Intro Templeton is the tetartagonist of Charlotte's Web.He was a rat who helped Charlotte save Wilburfrom death even though he didn't particularly care for Wilbur's life. He met Wilbur who took an interest in Templeton. Throughout the film, Templeton is greatly disliked by the other farm animals except Wilbur, though he reluctantly supported Charlotte in finding words for her web. Later when Charlotte is near death, Wilbur orders Templeton to help him get Charlotte's egg sac. When he is slow to comply, Wilbur insults him by accusing him of never thinking of anyone but himself. Templeton is greatly offended by this, feeling that his previous actions had gone against him as well in a sense he had been the only victim in his actions in this unappreciated and expresses an unfulfilled desire for some love and Jonathan smith transformed into that character
