Because he has an insufferable habit of furrowing his brow and feigning incomprehension to make his idiotic questions seem pertinent and inquisitive. He'll stare you right in the eyes trying to look forceful, but with his parted lips, it just makes him look even dumber than he is. Tucker seems to believe that asking pointless questions is the hallmark of great intelligence, and the best way to convince others of his opinions; Tucker is wrong.
