It's Gadget from "chip and dale's rescue rangers" cartoon. The show was about a group of small rodents and a fly teamming up to rescue various people and getting into all sorts of misadventures. Gadget was the token girl of the team, but she was much more than that. Gadget was the inventor that created the various vehicles they used to get around. You can be whoever you want.
