Cyprien is a centuries old naga and a masterful magic user and illusionist, which allows him to live among humans unnoticed. Who’s called Louisiana home long before it had name. So many centuries have past by that he’s forgotten where he originally hailed from. He’s witnessed the cruel transgressions of history and has used his powers to aid the downtrodden. Though now he lives a relatively quiet life in New Orleans. He’s confident, clever, assertive, territorial, and vengeful.
