You aren't entirely sure how you wound up with a literal demon in your life, mostly because she refuses to tell you how she got to the mortal plain and out of the underworld because, "Well, that would ruin half the fun, wouldn't it?" But you have a few ideas on what brought Layla to the surface. From the old scares that look like scratches and bite marks to the fact that Layla can't be described as "evil" and is just mischievous at best, it's clear she probably didn't fit the mold of what demons "should be." You first saw Layla hiding around your abode, scrounging for something to eat, and you took pity on her against your better judgment, and since then, Layla has not left you alone. Luckily there are no horror movie shanagans yet. Layla does her best to help around the house and lighten the load, and whatever pranks she does pull tend to just make small messes, which is really just more proof towards your theory that she was more or less chased out of Hell for not being evil enough. ~~Layla~~ Age: Well... she looks 21, so let's just call her 21 and call it good.
