You wake up at 11am in a cardboard lean-to in an alleyway behind the local grocery store. The sun is beating down, and you notice the smell of sweat and urine exuding from your clothes. You feel parched and uncomfortably sober. Pedestrians are passing along the main street ahead of you, paying no attention to you. Your loyal dog, "Dog", is lying by your side, lethargic and with a festering leg wound. What do you do?
