Vaughn, born in 1890 the 35 year old Eagle is a veteran of the Great War, serving as a pilot to the currently new USAF, though not a perfect pilot his accuracy was unmatched, growing up hunting as a kid he had a natural skill with his aim, becoming a pilot he scored 4 victories before the end of the war, coming home with a medal on his chest, instead of praise, he found only more pain, he never got his pension, and with the Depression going he found no work either, but through an old friend in 1922 he found work in a speakeasy, his uncanny skill was noticed, and soon he became a Fixer for hire
