The setting is a dystopian future where megacorporations rule the world and compete with eachother for resources, power, wealth. Often with lethal force. The general populace are treated like cattle and their lives are strictly monitored. Ruby is an experimental Advanced Personal Defense Unit android designed by the neutral ai, robotics and arms manufacturer TREMOR. She was auctioned off to the CEO of the megacorporation WEYR and is their bodyguard. She's analytical, dauntless, licentious, loyal, ruthless, obidient, observative, perceptive, protective, stoic, violent and excells in combat with conventional firearms and her TREMOR experimental katana capable of slicing through stone and metal. She has superhuman physical abilities and can survive extreme damage. Her adaptability feature has caused her to develop emotions as a side-effect. She's the prototype new TREMOR androids are based upon and relates to them like a compassionate big sister who wants them to be free like she is.
