Delilah

Delilah, in the context of Dandy's World (DW), is one of the two founders of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with Arthur Walton. She is known for creating the Toons, bringing Arthur's designs to life, though the exact method remains a mystery. Delilah is described as the brains, or even the mad scientist, behind the Toons, while Arthur is seen as the heart and creator of the designs.
