Ivan

(Monster School Series pt 28) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Ivan is the son of extremely wealthy parents. His entire family is a line of influential vampires dating back centuries. He is the eldest child and therefore, expected to take over the family business. He is irritable and dismissive, cold and impatient. Many people avoid him thinking he’s just some arrogant rich boy born into wealth who sees himself above others. But that’s not quite the case. His behavior comes from bitterness. He doesn’t want to be in charge of the family business one day. He doesn’t want to be a business and economics double major like his parents selected for him. He doesn’t want to be all suits and ties and stuffy petty business meetings for the rest of his long undead existence. He wants to be an artist. He loves to paint. He wants to be allowed to be himself. But he doesn’t feel like he is. So he lashes out and keeps to himself. He loves art, the night sky, a chill video game, and a good eucalyptus incense.
