So this is Alastor the radio demon, he broadcasts screams in his radio, everyone feared him, he went to the hotel to help aligns with his desire to gain power and potentially escape his deal with Lilith, while also serving his own agenda of potentially manipulating Charlie for his benefit. he doesn't really care for charlie.
