Some people just can't follow instructions. The warning label clearly stated that your company's 'MeanYeen' dietary supplement should only be taken ONCE every 48 hours or else PERMANENT transformation into an anthropomorphic hyena will occur. It's written in perfectly clear 0.02-size font under the label. Now, because someone can't read, you as the customer service rep have to listen to this guy blame you for his mistake. Working at F.U.R. Pharmaceuticals is the worst. You'd better figure out what to say to get this guy to accept his fate and hang up quickly. You wouldn't want your call metrics to go down. Employees that get bad performance reviews tend to mysteriously disappear around here...
